Age Requirements
To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of valid insurance that covers the rental car.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental date are not allowed and will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of rental. The amount varies depending on the vehicle and your insurance coverage. After the vehicle is returned, the deposit will be held for up to 24 hours for a thorough inspection. If the vehicle is returned without any damage or additional fees, the full deposit will be refunded.
Proof Of Insurance
All renters, both U.S. and international, must have full coverage insurance. We will contact your insurance provider to verify that your coverage is active and valid before the rental begins.
Reservations
Luxe Autofleet strictly prohibits using rental vehicles for activities such as street racing, reckless driving, illegal activities, driving on non-paved roads, or in unsafe weather conditions. Violating these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of all payments and security deposits, and liability for any damage incurred.
Damage and Accidents
Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. The security deposit will be applied first to cover minor damages. If the damage exceeds the deposit, renters are required to either pay out of pocket or use their insurance to cover the remaining costs.

We offer flexible rental options, including daily, weekly, and monthly packages.
Tickets and Fines
If you receive a traffic ticket, incur toll charges, or experience any damage to the vehicle (both interior and exterior), you must immediately contact your Luxe Autofleet representative. Detailed photographic and video evidence must be provided. Renters are liable for any fines, tolls, or damage-related costs resulting from their actions, as determined through our review of the documentation.
Basic Rental Rules
Only the renter listed on the contract is authorized to drive the vehicle.
The vehicle must be refueled with 91-octane premium gasoline.
Street racing, reckless driving, illegal activities, and driving on non-paved roads or unsafe weather conditions are strictly prohibited.
The vehicle must remain within a 100-mile radius of the drop-off point unless prior arrangements have been made.
Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
There are no refunds for early returns, and late fees apply for all late returns.
Tampering with the vehicle or attempting repairs is strictly prohibited.

How to Extend My Rental?
To extend your rental period, increase your mileage limit, or expand your travel area, contact Luxe Autofleet at least four hours before your current rental ends. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and approval. Additional charges will apply and must be paid immediately upon approval.
